Our Customer Loyalty Analytics is an out-of-box solution for an enterprise's partner or channel programs, delivered as CLA on the Cloud.

  2. Complete ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) is available in Oracle’s ODI and Informatica with complete mapping and workflows. StepAhead builds on that foundation, providing customized source data mapping and transformation adjusting to ensure all available data is represented in your customer loyalty analytics.
  3. Complete Meta data built in OBIEE 11g platform, allowing for a custom work to be built on a consistent and proven data model, resulting in lower development costs and a higher quality product.
  4. Complete Dashboards and Reports built in OBIEE 11g ver 11.1.1.6. clients an instant view of their application user interface which can be viewed and tested prior to final implementation.
  5. Our solution contains Customer/Partner 360 dashboards, enabling implementation prior to the build of the complete data model for testing and customization.
  6. Our solutions contain dashboards displaying data from Leads to Revenue (all in one), allowing the display of data from practically the entire data model, providing a key insight into how your solution needs to be modeled.
  7. We can support an on-premise Oracle implementation or a cloud-based solution set utilizing StepAhead resources and management. This combination of solutions provides a consistent, quality-driven, cost effective solution from the Cloud that clients can use before deciding to implement an on-premise solution, saving time and money.

Our Customer Analytic 1.0 supports Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 11g R2, Weblogic 11g R1, Solaris 11 and Linux 5.5 or above.

CLA on Cloud: StepAhead’s CLA on Cloud is a ready-to-use solution designed to determine the loyalty issues in an enterprise’s Partner Relationship Management. The CLA on Cloud is designed to be an extremely flexible and rapidly usable product.

 

Generic data source:
The operational data source is kept generic so that clients could potentially source data from any customer relationship or partner relationship management application. The metadata and dashboards are also generic enough to provide relevant information reporting.
Rich reports:
The out-of-the-box CLA application provides scorecards and dashboards about Partner demographics, membership trends and growth, membership tiers, programs and certifications.
Relevant modules:
We have also factored in decision support issues including Program Effectiveness, Churn Ratios, Analysis and Revenue and Volume Purchases as well as special incentive programs. The CLA on Cloud also provides reports on Historical Growth, Comparative Trends on Programs, Products, Membership, and Revenues.

The Out of the Box CLA on Cloud is easily customized and configured to meet individual needs of the customer. Some of the options we provide are a hybrid model:

  • The OBIEE infrastructure is offered on the cloud with specific customization of the customer CLA. Certain components from the Core Data Model will be retained as they are generic to every customer implementation. The ETL is customized and delivered to the client as a Virtual Machine which could be installed in their data center and will be run by us to move data from their operational application to the their data warehouse. Once the data is migrated to the data warehouse, the OBIEE application on the cloud is then configured to access the data warehouse from the client’s data center.
  • We also provision to host the data warehouse in Cloud providing exclusive access to the customer. The OBIEE infrastructure is currently offered on muti-tenancy model, and we also do have single tenancy model as well.
